I saw the Swedish Jazz trumpeter, Peter Asplund and the Swedish Jazz vocal duo, Midaircondo, at a performance at Scandinavia House in New York City, on June 13th. What a program!!!! They, along with seven other performers from the Nordic countries, had just gotten back from the Rochester, New York International Jazz Festival. Swedish Jazz in and around New York
